Q - Do you offer
maid service?
A - No, we do not offer maid service. Each unit is cleaned
throughly prior to your arrival and is fully equiped with
everything you need to keep it as clean and neat as you
like during your stay.

- Is there a shuttle to the theme parks?
A - No, there is no shuttle service to any of the area theme
parks. The villas are within walking distance to a Lynx
bus stop that you could take to the theme parks but it is
advised that you drive to the area attractions. We provide
detailed driving directions to all of the major area attractions
in your unit upon check-in.

- Can I pick the Villa I want to stay in?
A - All requests for villa location will be taken into consideration
when assigning your reservation. We have worked hard to
ensure all of our units are conveniently located near the
clubhouse and pool area. We know you won't be disappointed
with the location of your unit.

- When will I know what Villa I am in?
A - Approximatetly 7 - 10 business days prior to your arrival
you will receive an email with information on what Villa
you have been assigned. This email will include directions
to The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane as well as specific
directions to your own villa. In addition the email will
include information on how to access the community security
gate as well as obtaining the key to your unit.

- Is there a check-in desk at the Villas?
A - As you are renting a privately owned home in a resort
community and not a 'conventional' hotel room, there is
no check-in desk. You will be 'checked in' prior to your
arrival via email. We have made this process as easy as
possible and we think you will be pleasantly surprised at
just how simple it is.
Q - Is there convenient parking and does it cost to park?
A - Parking at your villa is very convenient with many parking
spots right outside your front door. There is no cost to
park your car at the unit. We ask that you bring no more
than 2 vehicles per villa rented. There are no commercial
vehicles allowed to park overnight at The Villas at
Seven Dwarfs Lane.

- Your website says $99 per night but when I put in the
dates I want it's more. Why?
A - The $99 per night rate is for Value Season without tax.

- You offer a membership to Sam's club with a stay of 7-nights
or more. What if I already have a membership to Sam's Club?
A -The Sam's Club Membership can be redeemed for merchandise
if you already have a Sam's Club Membership. Feel free to
use it to stock up on items that will make your families
stay more enjoyable.

- I want to book for next year but I don't see rates yet
for my travel dates. When will these rates be out?
A - We are working hard to get rates and availability information
out for as far in advance as possible. Since many factors
play into the rate of our Villas we may not be able to post
rates until a few months prior to the next year. If you
would like to be placed on a waitlist and informed when
new dates and rates are announced for a specific timeframe
please send an email to Reservations@DreamsVillas.Com
Q - Your site says 7-night minimum but I don't want to stay for 7-nights. What do I do?
A - At this time we are only accepting reservations for
7-nights or more. We apologize for the inconvenience but
we are unable to book for shorter lengths of stay at this
time.
